Landing on your site before a competitor?
Trusting your content as an expert opinion?
Giving you direct contact for more information?
If this is the case, you're going to benefit significantly from these free SEO tips.
Professional search engine optimization comes at a heavy price, however the amateur can be effective with the SEO tips provided throughout this article. This information is meant for entrepreneurs, marketers, managers, and small business who would like to benefit from free SEO rather than spending thousands of dollars.

Upon completion of this article, you will be able to implement these SEO strategies on your website immediately in a step-by-step fashion.

These free seo tips encompass the fundamentals of boosting page ranking, and even the experienced internet marketer will probably benefit from the following information.

Free SEO Tip #1: Definition of a Keyword

Keyword [kee-wurd] n. - the words that your audiences will most likely input into a search engine

Newbie tip: Since "keywords" are the words that people search for in Google, each page should target a set of "keywords" most relevant to their product or service

Examples: If you're a local home remodeler, a target keyword for you may be "kitchen remodeling annapolis" - if you're a computer repair shop, a target keyword may be "laptop repair maryland"
Every business has a set of target keywords. The website should reflect each keyword on an individual basis, dedicating an optimized page for each one of them.

Free SEO Tip #2: Choosing the Best Keywords

In the industry, we refer to the activity described here as "keyword research" which is short for the process that best identifies the web real-estate a business will want to go after.

Here are some free SEO tips for performing "keyword research":

Go to Google and perform a search for "Google Keyword Tool"
After a brief brainstorm, input your suspected keywords into the tool. Avoid using geography, so if you are a small business consultant in Baltimore then just type "small business consultant".
The tool will return a list of related keywords and how often each is searched for on a monthly basis.
A great keyword has a combination of relevancy and search volume. The volume is provided for us generously by Google. The relevancy, however, requires the human element.
Select 5-10 of the keywords with the most relevancy and highest search volume. You are now ready for the next step.
Free SEO Tip #3: Where to Put Keywords
There are different places on each page that should include the targeted keyword. This is information that we discuss in these free SEO tips as well.
We refer to these places as "SEO Points" and some of the most critical are:
Page Title - search engines factor the page title heavily into their rankings
Page URL - this is another crucial location for target keywords. If your page URLS resemble YourSite.com/services, you will want to consider adjusting them to something along the lines of YourSite.com/target-keyword-services
Page Headline - this is a tricky part of SEO since it is important that the keyword be present, while at the same time remaining catchy and interesting to reader.
Page Meta Description - It is of moderate importance to include keywords for search engines to pick up but, like the headline, a good meta description remains catchy and relevant.
Page Copy - it is of extreme importance that a keyword be distributed throughout the actual visible copy of the page.
Page Meta Keywords - although Google no longer considers meta keywords in their algorithm, smaller search engines still credit them so it doesn't hurt to input target keywords there as well
Free SEO Tip #4: Optimizing Your Site for Keywords
Now that you've targeted keywords and learned about the "SEO Points", it is not time to implement the changes which will yield a decent increase in the traffic and leads received by your site.

First, ask yourself, "Do I have pages on my site that already contain my target keywords?" and "Do these pages focus on my set of target keywords on an individual basis?"

If the answer to both of these questions is "yes", then modification of the SEO Points (titles, URLs, headlines, etc.) to include the target keywords is all that is required.

If the answer to either question posed above is "no", then just create new ones.

SEO Tips for Creating New Pages:

Create one page per target keyword and include it in the SEO Points we've previously discussed.
For the best results it is imperative that each page provides information that the reader is seeking. A short page with irrelevant information will do little to serve our purpose. Take some time and put yourself in the reader's shoes.
A new page should be 300-500 words, including the target keyword 2-4 times throughout the page copy.
Create a link from your homepage to the new page or else Google will never find it. Deciding where to link the page is important for SEO and is more of an advanced practice.
Of course, many of the strategies utilized by an advanced SEO professional have not been mentioned in this article and some of them can make a tremendous difference. However, if you were to follow all of the steps outlined for now...
Even if you do nothing else...

They would likely result in an increase in traffic and leads as soon as a week from implementation. Expect a jump anywhere from 10% to 100% of the course of the next few weeks and months.

Free SEO Tip #5: Consult a Professional

10 SEO Tips Every Website Owner Should Know About Search Engine Optimization

Search engine optimization, commonly called SEO is the key to getting more website traffic and you want to make sure you use the best search engine optimization strategy and white hat methods onsite and offsite for best results. Keep reading for some of the best SEO tips.

Whether you operate an ecommerce site or business website, using good SEO techniques will help Google and other search engines rank your website higher in the search engine results pages (SERP) when potential clients or customers search for keywords relevant to your business.

SEO TIP 1: Operating an ecommerce site or business website is not just about having the flashiest or slickest looking website. It should be more about having a website that is easy to navigate and employing the best SEO strategies to drive traffic to that site.

SEO TIP 2: Your website budget needs to be split between Design, SEO, and Internet Marketing. If you reserve at least half of your website budget for search engine optimization and internet marketing, it will be the best investment you make in your business if done correctly.

SEO TIP 3: Before content is written for your website, you need to create a list of keywords to use that will provide the best search engine optimization results. Do this by checking the monthly search volume of each keyword. Go with keywords that have good search volume and lower competition and stay away from the keywords with the highest and lowest search volume and you will be a much happier website owner! In other words, don't try to rank for the keywords "Google" or "Microsoft" unless you have an unlimited budget for internet marketing!

SEO TIP 4: By choosing middle or higher volume, niche keyword phrases or what is called long-tail keywords you have an advantage. There is not much point in focusing on low volume keywords or keyword phrases that have low search volume. It goes for writing content for your site or for articles too, not much sense in writing about how to reinvent the wheel if no one actually searches for that keyword.

SEO TIP 5: Once you establish the best keywords or keyword phrase for each of your website pages that word should be in the title Meta tags, description, and the actual URL. For onsite, content writing the keyword or keyword phrase should be within the first 3 or 4 words of the titles on the page and this same principle holds true for article writing titles.

SEO TIP 6: When creating a new webpage keep in mind it is better to use a hyphen instead of an underscore in the URL and can lead to better search engine optimization and keyword search results.

SEO TIP 7: Don't overuse the keyword phrase throughout your page content because search engines like Google won't compensate you for it and might even penalize you with a lower page rank for keyword stuffing or keyword cramming your page content. The same holds true for articles you write.

SEO TIP 8: SEO strategy begins at the top of each website page. Use your keyword phrase in the first sentence of the first paragraph on each of your website pages, as Google and other search engines more pay more attention to keywords near the top of the page, much more so than below the fold. Below the fold refers to all content that appears below the first screen meaning you have to scroll down to read more on a website page.

SEO TIP 9: Another one of the best SEO tips for best search engine optimization is providing your readers with content that offers vast information, a solution, answers a question, or just entertains them. The content needs to be well written, clear, concise, and most of all correct. Keep your website frequently updated with good content and it may even become an authority site!

SEO TIP 10: Incorporate your keyword phrase into anchor text links for onsite content and within articles, blog posts, or press releases. Offsite anchor text links help you gain a backlink from dofollow sites that in turn helps increase your page rank. The more backlinks the better your search results however, that is not all there is to driving traffic to your website.

Use the SEO tips or if you prefer you can engage an SEO specialist or SEO Services Company that can help guide you along the way. The services and guidance offered by a professional SEO specialist normally outweighs the cost 100 to 1 compared to you trying to do it all yourself and either never getting started or spending money in the wrong places. Read the series on SEO strategy that if followed almost always leads to success!

DIY applying of nano ceramic coating

Recent years showed great improvement in surface care protection technology, resulting in nano ceramic coating being more and more used for protection of car’s factory paint. Nano coating is better at paint protection that traditional car waxes, car polishes or car sealants, as well as being long term alternative for those. Due to technology ceramic coatings are based on and from what, they are very long lasting, have self-cleaning and hydrophobic features, advanced UV protection, all while giving extreme gloss finish for car’s paint.

Nano ceramic coating can be either be applied by skilled professionals at car detailing shop or by car owners themselves using DIY kits. It is not that hard process, but requires big attention to details so coating can provide its features. First step for those opting for DIY kits is rinsing car’s paintwork.
This needs to be than thoroughly and all contaminants like dirt, dust sand and rest should be removed from the surface. Best way to do this is traditional car wash with car soap and water bucket. Next step is chemical decontamination done with a good bug and tar remover together with iron fillings-based product so all harmful iron deposits are removed.

Following is phase 2 decontamination with clay bar and clay bar lubricant. Phase 2 is reserved for removal of any remaining contaminants which could have stayed embedded in car’s clear coat. Paint of the car should be as perfect as it could be since nano coating will seal in any remaining defects on the paint surface. To do so, car should be polished which will remove any small swirls and light scratches. Additional benefit of this step is glossier finish. If paint has deeper scratches and visible swirl marks, machine compound is used to eliminate said marks. Last step before applying ceramic coating is isopropyl alcohol wipe.
Any residual polishing oils should be removed by spraying an isopropyl alcohol mix on the surface and wiping it with a micro fiber towel. This step is important to ensure perfect bonding of nano ceramic coating to the surface. After all this comes applying the nano ceramic coating. DIY coating kits usually come with applicator and a quality micro fiber towel. The bottle with coating needs to be shaken well before put on the applicator. For best results, coating should be applied on 2x2 sections using left to right and up and down motions. After 20 to 30 seconds product will flash meaning it is ready to be removed with micro fiber towel. Once the whole surface is coated, car needs to be kept in a cool dry environment for at least 24 hours. For that time the paint will be cured.

To have full potential of paint protection coating and for it to last as long as possible, proper and regular maintenance is necessary. Coating does reduce frequency of washings needed but does not mean it should be left for months without cleaning. Also every 2 to 3 months coating should be sprayed with silica spray to maintain its features.

Glass coating for Cars

Glass coating has been around for some time, but only recently had increase in interest by both auto detailers and car enthusiasts. Glass coating can also be found by other names like liquid glass, nano-glass, ceramic glass, and quartz coating. There area two basic types of glass coating, one made from quartz silane and other from silica, usually silicon dioxide. Ones made from quartz silane are more expensive due to being very durable and provide extra shiny finish. Both of them form hard, durable semi-permanent shield once applied on the car’s paint. Some of the glass coating products can also be applied on glass and wheels and not only on paint, but there are some that are only for glass like Detailer’s Pro Glass Coating, or like Aladdin’s Double Shield only for glass.

Once applied, glass coating becomes protective paint coating. It provides paint protection from scratches, oxidation, dirt, dust, acid rain, road debris and so on. Besides protection coating will give the paint new high gloss, mirror-like look. Glass coating, and other types of coating, have gotten popular a lot because they shield the paint from the UV rays which cause ever growing problems. Another benefit of coating is repelling water and dirt, resulting in easier car cleaning. Durability of glass coating is usually around 2 years, but some newer products are showing longer life span with right treatment and maintenance. This type of coating also eliminates the need to the wax the paint once the car is coated, though some products and car detailers will advice on applying car wax or car sealant on to for extra shiny layer. Looking at this, glass coating is definitely worth getting. For a bit more time, money and effort, car owners will be safer for longer period that they would be with maybe waxes wearing off after shorter time.

To apply a glass coating, car’s surface needs to undergo some diligent preparation. Surface needs to be completely free from dirt, dust and rest of contaminants, swirls and scratches, since if not they will get stuck between surface and added layer. So, due to this, part of the surface getting coated should be washed with car wash soap and then dried very well. Some detailers prefer steam cleaning over traditional one. Once the surface is free from everything and smooth, abrasive polishing compound should be used for getting rid of paint swirls and scratches. After this comes applying of the glass coating. There is two ways to do this. First one is taking car to the car detailing shop and leaving it there for few days to be coated. Other way is doing by yourself, using DIY kits. In case of DIY kits, they come with micro fiver towel and applicators. It is advised to do smaller pieces of surface one by one since products hardens as soon as it comes into contact with air. In the end, with micro fiber towel, the surface should be buffed and then left for minimum 24 hours.

Enhance flexibility

Physiotherapy Exercises For Muscle Injuries

Physiotherapy exercises to do at home are great for minor muscle injuries. I've had my (un)fair share of injuries, building up a wealth of unfortunate experience with these exercises. The most commonly injured body parts are the knee and back, so I'll focus on them.

Physiotherapists (physical therapists) are usually very busy. If your injury isn't major, you may have to wait weeks to be seen.

In that time you could develop stiffness and lose muscle tone, making the injury worse and prolonging your recovery. Doing these simple physiotherapy exercises helps keep the muscles moving.

You probably already have some sort of pain from the injury, which you'll have to monitor. There are two types of pain you need to watch out for:

Pain due to stiffness. Bearable during your physiotherapy exercises, eases off soon after. This type of pain is OK to carry on.

Pain due to damage. Unbearable at any point, won't ease for several days. Stop any exercise immediately. Your muscles aren't ready for exercise yet. Continue with R.I.C.E.

The best course of action when doing physiotherapy exercises is to write a plan. Record the pain response after each exercise. Either increase or decrease the amount of exercises you do, depending on how bad the pain was.

Your muscles are in a delicate state, so really focus on the quality of each movement. Go slow and steady, visualising the muscle as you exercise.

Physiotherapy exercises for your back:

1. Lie on your back, both knees bent (feet flat on floor). Tilt hips backward and slightly arch your back. The first movement leads to the second, don't force the arching. Relax, then tilt hips forward, keeping your bottom on the floor. Your lower back will push into the floor.

2. Lie on your back, both legs straight. Bend your left knee up towards your chest, holding your thigh or the top of the knee. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds, slowly relax. Repeat with right knee.

3. Lie on your front, chin resting on the floor. Bend your arms with hands resting beside your head, palms on the floor and elbows tucked in to your body. Look straight ahead and slowly lift your head up, keep your hips on the floor so that your back arches. Let your arms take the weight. Relax back down slowly.

4. Stand up, arms by your side. Bend down to the right, sliding your right hand down your leg. Come back up slowly and relax. Repeat on your left side.

Physiotherapy exercises for your knee:

1. Sit on the floor, legs straight out in front of you. Place your left hand under your left knee. Contract your quads so your knee pushes down on your hand (lifting your heel into the air). Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat with your right knee.

2. If the above exercise is too hard, then start off with a folded pillow under your knee (slightly bent). Lift your heel up as before, keeping your knee on the pillow.

3. Lie flat on your front with both legs straight. Slowly bend your left knee as much as possible. Hold for 5 seconds. Slowly straighten the knee returning to the start position. Repeat with your right knee.

4. Lie on your back. One knee bent up (foot flat on floor), the other straight. Lift the straight leg up (about 1 foot). Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat with the other leg.

These physiotherapy exercises should be used with professional care, or as preventative measures. If you're in pain from an injury, please see your doctor first.

If you're not injured, you can still do these physiotherapy exercises. Prevent common injuries in certain parts of your body. Add the specific exercise to your normal workout at least once a week.

Be pro-active with your recovery, quickly return to a pain-free active life.

Physiotherapy Courses and Career Training - What You Need to Know

I've been a physiotherapist for 6 years in Australia. In Australia, physiotherapy is very difficult to get into through a university. For instance, the TER score (score after you finish your high school certificate) was 93 in 2000. That was the third highest score to apply for through university. Now, you may think that the higher the difficulty to apply, the higher the prestige, income and satisfaction the job will be. You think so right? Wrong!

Let me tell you, physiotherapy or physical therapist as a career choice is not what you think. I came to think when doing the course I expect a high income and high levels of satisfaction, but from my experience and others this is totally wrong. I have friends who have been doing physiotherapy for more than 5 years who have changed careers because they thought physiotherapy will get them nowhere. I've been told by one of the board members of the physiotherapy association that there is no physiotherapist working full time in a private practice above 45. So it seems many physiotherapists are not satisfied with their career.

So why is it that many physiotherapists aren't satisfied with their careers? I can give you three good reasons.

First is the income. Our income is around $60-70k year on average, but the ceiling for physiotherapist to get is around $100-110k a year (which is rare) if working for someone or in the public sector. Now in the private sector (working in your own practice) you can make considerably more, about $100k or greater. But setting up and working in the private sector cost money and it is very expensive. You have to pay rent, equipment, labor and many other expenses. So in the end, you might not make much because of all the expenses.

Second is the level of satisfaction. You may think helping people get better makes you happier, it does. But there are many more people who don't get better. Also, the job that you do in physiotherapy is very monotonous it's either doing assessment, electrotherapy, exercises or hands on work (which I basically call massage). People who work as a physiotherapist will most likely have hand, wrist or back pain because the job requires you to do repetitive movements or awkward postures most of the time. For instance bending down to treat a patient on a bed,

Third is security. If you do extra courses or have masters degree to specialize in physiotherapy, most likely that won't guarantee you extra income or status. There is a lack of differentiation between an experienced physiotherapist or an inexperienced physiotherapist in terms of pay. Also, the future of physiotherapy as a profession is overtaken by other health professionals such as chiropractors and even nurses.

This is due to incompetence of the physiotherapy board and association of pushing our status in government and general public opinion into insignificance. It seems that the physiotherapy association has no lobbyist in the government or insurance industry thereby cutting our status as a health professional. For instance, insurances are cutting physiotherapist rates and services (for example HBA in the UK) as they see physiotherapy as not important. In the long term, physiotherapy as a profession will die out and overtaken by other health professionals.

So is physiotherapy a good or bad career choice? I say most definitely not a good career choice. But this is my opinion. If you want to get another person's opinion, see your physiotherapist or a person who is working in your career.

Professional 3M Paint Protection Installation or Do It Yourself?

Understanding the nature of the product will help you determine whether you are experienced enough to give it a try on your own. Either way, you will have to consider both advantages and some shortcomings.

The 3M paint protection film is a urethane, transparent product that is designed to keep the car paint safe from harmful influences and impacts. Paint is most often affected by road debris, gravel, sand, small rocks, bug stains and other kinds of dirt and stains that can be accumulated on the road.

The price of having the paint protection film installed professionally depends on several factors. The first one is the traditional rate of the professional certified installer. Which car parts are you going to cover with the film? This is the second factor that will affect the cost of installation.

Most car owners decide to add the film solely to the parts that are exposed to high risk. These are usually located in the front and they are most susceptible. The front of the hood, the headlights, the side mirrors and the bumpers are some car parts that are traditionally covered with clear bra - the other name for the transparent paint protection film.

Some of the best clear bra products on the market are designed by 3M. The company's product is called Scotchgard Paint Protection Film. According to the official 3M website, the do it yourself installation of the layer is unadvisable.

It really depends on the experience you have with car coating but many people will be incapable of applying film professionally over curved car parts or the ones that are hardly accessible. Certified installers are aware of the special techniques that will make the film stick perfectly to the car.

In addition, relying on professional services will provide you with an official guarantee. The film that is installed by a 3M certified professional will come with a three year guarantee.

The warranty is also applying in the case of ant defects that the film gives. This kind of warranty extends for a five year period and it covers the yellowing, cracking or bubbling of the paint protection film. Naturally, you will not receive a replacement if problems have been caused by wrong application, misuse or an accident.

Although you will save some money by relying on your own skills, this kind of decision could be tricky. The majority of people have never tried adding clear bra to the surface of their car and the product is far from something that you can experiment with. At the same time, the process is relatively simple and people who feel confident in their skills should give it a try. The only disadvantage in this situation is that the three year warranty will not be provided.

Many online stores offer paint protection kits that are designed especially for home usage. The kits will let you customize the film pieces and make them suitable for your car's size and shape. Once again, it will be smart to refrain from buying the kit unless you are certain that you can work with it properly.

The 3M paint protection film is a wonderful product that protects your car's appearance and paint from common road particles that may cause harm. The product is easy to use and easy to remove, without affecting the quality of the paint. If you are looking forward to benefiting from its full advantages, you should rely on the services of a professional and certified installer. It may be a bit more expensive than a DIY project but it does come with additional advantages and a warranty.
